There is alot about me that I could tell but who really has the time to read that much lol. I'm a 21yr old female I have an iPhone 4 and i love anime. I'm also a medical student I plan to be a medical assistant. Some of my fave pass times are gameing posting here and whatching anime.

k so me and banndit live in a ground level apartment and we have a tenant that lives above us that has a two yr old child. now we are having issues with noise form them there are loud heavy thuds and sounds like someone (her kid most likely) running around the apartment, she vacuums at LEAST 3 times a day, and sometimes i can distinctly hear her yelling and the child screaming and crying all day long! now we sleep during the day cause of work at night, our noise ordinance is quiet from 10pm to 8am and we need to sleep form 2pm to 9pm right when all this noise is going on. i've talked to our neighbor and to management and nothing is being done! the excuse our neighbor gave is "hes a two yr old and i don't think that they understand that and i'm feeling pressured for no reason" and our point is "we get that ur kid is two,but u cant find something a little more quiet for him to do from 2-9pm (wheres the parenting OMG)" for some reason the manager sides with her IDGI

any ideas (that wont get me arrested) on what we should do next?
