Why does my iTouch always sync the same songs?

Okay so basically, everytime I connect my iTouch towards iTunes it has this tendency to autosync 22 songs that I already have and works no problems in my device. I have thousands of songs yet for some random ass reason my iTunes just feels the need to always sync those 22.

I'm getting a bit annoyed by this because I have to cancel the thing which for some lame reason takes some time. Any fix for this? [RUN]

This.
I just do manually manage music so I can drag anything into my phone, syncing annoys me
Please keep a signature image's height under 200px. Thanks.

Okay cool. Was trying to figure it out myself and I just f@cked my list up. I clicked the iPod's music section and applied something else and now some albums are incomplete.

I'll add that setting once I fix my mess up.
