probably fake because of what it says about craked apps. you have to get the source and then get it from cydia in order to get install0us. it doesnt just come with it. but i tweeted it to all the devs so we'll find out

There is also Softunlock that claims to unlock the new 4.1 baseband to use with Softjailbreak be interesting to see if anyone has tried it says you have to do a brief survey to get it for free
