Today I heavily updated the forum rules. Please view the forum rules here.
One of the main updates to the rules is that now, no illegal content is allowed. The reason for this is that I am against piracy so don't want to promote it on this forum. I also would rather keep this forum legal. This rule also includes cracked apps, repos with cracked apps, Installous and any other illegal content.
I am all for the try before you by method, although you'll never know if they are just trying them or if they just wanna get it for free.

I will have to remove this forum off my dock now. Sad day for iPhone. Now you will also have to remove prolly every post on the forum since nobody can give good info now. Very foolish

Give the new rules a chance. It's not like the repo's are suddenly gone and all your apps are going to disappear. This only keeps Calum from getting into legal trouble and will help the forum grow. Furthermore, he may be able to get it featured on Cydia or get more publicity from others.

why else would they come? It's not for support cause AppStore apps don't cause problems. Why did you make this forum Cal? I'm interested to know. I thought it was for sharing any and all info a person could know at one place. Where you can go and get help to make your iPhone different than anothers. Does these new "rules" include hacks or tweeks?

It only affects pirating apps, not regular Cydia packages.

No, this only includes piracy, warez and any other illegal activity including cracked Cydia apps. Jailbreaking is fully legal so tweaks and modifications are fine. It's now: "all legal info that people can share at one place".
