Hi, I used blackrain jailbreak to jailbreak my ipod touch and i heard Spirit is untethered. Mine is a "3rd Gen" 8GB and i downgraded the firmware to 3.1.2. I used aptbackup to backup cydia apps now how can i backup installous downloaded apps (if possible Also teach me how to back up saved game files) XD Cuz i spent a lot of time playing some games.
when i installed using installous, i only installed a few apps using itunes sync cuz i didnt know what it was so i turned it off-_- Now what can i do to backup. Thanks
And also, is there anyway to turn itunes sync on for the apps i installed with itunes sync off? Is there a setting somewhere?

iTunes sync let's u transfer installous apps to iTunes, and it let's u sync all apps, even if u didn't have it on when u installed an app
