idk. I just know that at NY time it's at night. It gets uploaded at the same time in all places. Here in NY it's 5:26 pm.

I'm on 3.1.3 and when scrolling down it does jump back up and then back down. But I like the icon it's sexy, good job and I'll post if there is anything else I find.

I think that happends when the pge isn't fully loaded. Try waiting for the page to load.

It's suppose be set to 755, the read,write,execute above is word terms. After you fix the permissions respring.
