One or more of the message components have been deleted by MMS Adaptation. Either the message was too large or the components were unsuitable for your terminal.

Why do I get that on my 3g iPhone when I recieve some pic messages and is there a fix?

I don't know. I used to get that on my blackberry too though. I think it's a network problem

It's just that certain elements of the media were unable to be adapted to view from your iPhone. for example, an image with these dimensions 2048x16, this one is obvious why you can't view it, but most aren't as simple. So just ignore it most likely not a big problem.
