I love the speed and looks of Linux. But it's so much complex than windows and mac! It takes half an hour to install something like flashplayer to view YouTube! And some hardware is not supported! In my opinion, it's not worth allege trouble

The debate is not the same as Mac and Windows. Linux is not a competitor to Windows, say it comes with very well.
There is not much use when you already have Windows or Mac.
The positive points are:
-Easy to find packages and to install them (eg: Cydia)
-East cheaper use of RAM (except the Ubuntu distribution, which consumes more than Vista)
-Requires less knowledge of Windows (except with a distribution without a GUI)
-Combined very well with free software
Negative points:
-Too poor about avaible softwares
-Interface not really attractive
-Near impossible to play DirectX games
-Hard to install drivers
-Request some practices for no-GUI distributions
-Free-but too few licenses granted to Linux
-Under-exposed to the virus but more fallible the rootkit / login permission
Linux is mainly used for programming and office applications/server management/Network.
