Ok so I heard br for 3.1.2 is tethered. If true would that mean if I reboot it I have to rejb? And if so should I just stay on 3.1.1?

Its only tethered if you have an ipod touch 3g. Everything else works normally. But 3.1.2 really isnt worth it. Stick with 3.1.
