Is there one app that can change your voice when you are talking to the phone?

example, a woman voice or old men voice.

Is no app to do that? calling someone, and when you are talking that at the same time you can open that app and talk with for example a women voice?

I search a video on YouTube from householdhacker he used a iPhone and Internet he changed the number that the person he rung would see and he change to voice to a women so it is possible some have a look at him video search householdhacker and it's his latest video
