Whats a good american radio station , with modern music on it

coz the radio stations here in the uk get rubbish at 7pm

i listen to z103 (american) atm but its like 2 songs loads of ads then 2 songs loads of ads

Yeah I want some too. All I listen to is absulute radio  and it's not as good anymore and there are too many adds.
