My iTunes deletes my apps when it syncs I have the app in hackulo that allows the to sync but no it won't work, ideas?

got to settings in installous and change the install method to dirty O0

Are those programs already in iTunes? If not, you would have to transfer your purchases to iTunes first before syncing.

ssh. /applications then take out apps and open them in itunes then sync.
