This option was available back on the days of CLIPPY. I wonder if some bright guy is going to add this functionality to the copy/paste option on OS 3.0 ?
Select a number and have the option to dial it instead of copy...

In OS 3.0 if you hold down on the number doesn't it copy, while if you just tap the number it calls.

That's true only on native apps. I am speaking about ANY APP, anywhere on the iphone. This option was available on clippy.
