Is there actually a theme or app or tweak in existence for iOS 7 that let's you change the background and font colour of stock apps like SMS, Mail and settings apps???

Any help would be amazing thanks

BytaFont 2 is a free jailbreak tweak that allows you change the system font on your jailbroken iOS device.

The white background I want a different colour in stock apps like settings or mail I want a different coloured background but without using inverted colours ?

Nothing appears? I don't mean background to home screen I mean background while in stock apps not to be white

I fear that would not be possible without changing icons through winterboard.

Download eclipse. Turn them black. Plenty of tweaks to change ui colors an for most things use fancy. Hope this actually helps u get your device lookin great.
