Apple iPad gets new Bluetooth keyboards from Logitech

Logitech has announced a new line of Bluetooth keyboards for Apple iPad devices.

The Keyboard Folio and Keyboard Folio mini bring physical key support to iPad and iPad mini tablets respectively.

The third-party accessories come in a variety of colours and feature magnetic closing mechanism for easy transit, and a built-in flip stand for hands-free usage.

"Our goal with the new Logitech Keyboard Folio was to take the award-winning typing experience from the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover and add an extra layer of protection," said Logitech executive Mike Culver.

"To take the design a step farther, we combined Logitech's expertise and experience in keyboards with high-quality materials to bring a sense of sophistication to the functional protection people want and need for their tablets."

The Keyboard Folio will be available in April priced at £89.99, and Keyboard Folio mini will be available the following month for £69.99.
