If you have mobile terminal you can run
apt-get install cydia

I believe that may work. Or you might be able to find a link to a Cydia deb and use iFile to install it.

If you don't have mobile terminal or iFile you're pretty much screwed and you will need to re-run your jailbreak program on your device.

Thank's Ironman for help but I did't know how to do this, still my phone is working good. Can you help me how can I update My iphone to latest software 5.1.1 (latest). If I update phone, then my local signal reliance should work. Since if I upgrade phone it will be locked and I need to jailbreak for it, to use internet and call.

I did't know much about it, how to do. I need tutorial which tells me how to do this. I am adding one internet tethering snap also

Thank's

Don't update to the latest 5.1.1 unless you are sure you can unlock. Use sn0wbreeze to jailbreak it will preserve your baseband so you can unlock if you do upgrade. Check the jailbreak board for links and info on jailbreaking. Otherwise check redmondpie.com for links and tutorials on jailbreaking.

On the 3GS you can use sn0wbreeze to create a custom firmware (jailbreak) to upgrade to. It works on 5.1.1. Sn0wbreeze will also preserve your baseband so you can unlock your device. As I said, check with Redmond Pie to find a tutorial for jailbreaking with sn0wbreeze.
