Does the erase all option work for jailbroken devices? I tried it an all I saw was the spinning circle for ever so I hard restarted.

It will require you to connect to iTunes. Can turn into a headache real quick.

I wanna try this because my memory is corrupt again cause its saying 0bytes remaining even though I know I have space (think its something to do with iFile and ispirit). I don't want to restore because I have a custom firmware an I know that's a headache so I'm trying to use the erase everything option first.

It won't work. If you try it, I think it just gets stuck on the Apple logo. It may just reboot. Either way, holding the home and power button for 10 seconds will cause it to boot right back up.

Actually restoring with a custom firmware isn't that bad. It's easier than the way you are trying lol

Ok quickly you have probably already restored but you could have used iWipe
It said ihad 0 bytes remaining and whe I ran it I then had 2.1 gig
You can get it on ios5 but you need to do it in a different way
