Jus got a iPhone 1 from a friend to remove a password but since you can't do that I have to rejailbreak/reunlock the phone. Does the latest redsn0w support the 1st gen iPhone?

When the phone is turned on, it says "iPhone is disabled, please connect to iTunes" but I can't do anything after that because the phone freezes right there. Nothin happens when you plug it in iTunes but I think the phone still charges because it gets hot.

Any ideas of my next step, since the phone is frozen at boot?

You could try tiny umbrella to kick it out of recovery. You could try dfu or redsn0w.

Ok so I used snowbreeze an I got the phone working, no service though, the modem firmware is 4.05.04_G, is that a problem?
