Hi all
Is there any way to play audio video wirelessly from iphone 4s to a led tv Witout apple tv?I have philips led and its got wifi. my iphone, laptop and tv is on the same router connected, so what are chances?

You should just try to get an 2nd Gen AppleTv which works fine but you could probably find at half the price.

I m in uk so what is a good price u think? N what about 1st and 3rd gen apple tv? Do i need to jb for airplay? I have no idea of apple tv, even dont know what they do

Don't get 1st gen AppleTv. Not sure about UK currency but you can probably get a used 2nd gen for $40 (US). A new 3rd gen is $99. Airplay comes with the operating system so no jailbreak necessary. You can stream movies or audio from your computer or iphone to your tv wirelessly without jailbreak. The 3rd gen has a faster processor and does 1080 where the 2nd gen is 720. My 2nd gen works just fine so it wasn't worth the upgrade but if you are ok with the price get the new one.
