I found an ipod while on vacation and asoon as i connected it to wifi. It locked up (from the find my iphone app) it wont restore and it says i need to connect it to the computer it was set up on. Anyway to bypass this?

Well since I don't know if you were able to return it to the owner but didn't try or stole it, and you took it out of the country anyway -__- put it into DFU mode then restore.
