Just wondering Celeste for ios5 specifically iPhone 4s is available or not?

There is a beta version of Celeste in the apt.cocoanuts.co repo that supports iOS 5, but the repo is only available to those who have downloaded one of their products before. I am guessing it supports the iphone 4s.
