If you tryed to add icy before you will notice either the source won't add or when you get the source and download Icy it crashes or doesn't add sources.
If you don't know what Icy is it is a Cydia alternate which is much more faster and lighter.
Go into Cydia. Go to:
Manage
Sources
Edit
Add
Add this source. Ihacksrepo.com. The first letter in this is an i.
Once finished click search and search for Icy installer. Download it and there you go a working icy on iOS5.
To add sources on icy. Go to sources on Icy And click edit and then click the little plus sign on the top left hand corner. Click add and add your source.

EVERYONE I MADE A MISTAKE. ADD THE REPO apt.weamdev.t15.org/
Ihacksrepo WILL WORK BUT NOT AS GOOD AND THE WEAMDEV IS BETTER. THEY ARE THE PEOPLE THAT MADE IT AND IT WORKES BETTER. IT DOESNT FREEZE AS MUCH

I'd rather use Cydia. It's nearly as smooth now as Icy was before.

I still use Cydia but will sometimes use icy. This is because It still has a few bugs but it is still good
