There's a new one coming out that you can preorder that is supposed to do it although it can't be confirmed yet. Its like $50 from Gevey.

Apple also sells unlocked iPhone 4s and 4. Gevey is the best option right now but I suspect that a new unlock maybe release very soon.

And now there are three! Three ways to unlock. Gevey, AT&T and Bingner. All three work just fine. Told ya...
