No point arguing with mimmi, even when wrong he will deny it.
Siri is a great Assistant program. So is the Google alternative. The review is a little biased towards google but that's that. They're both good but have different strong points. It's just a "tomato sauce vs brown sauce" debate, they are both different but they're the same thing and one isn't better than the other

You aren't right either mimmi. The thing wolvy said is true. They're different and different strong points but most of all Android Speech system is not an Apple rip off.
Apple in fact invented not that much. They just took products that already existed and had a better marketing strategy.
That is brievly explained what causes this Apple hype. We can yet have our own opinion you have yours, I have mine but for ****s sake stop saying at every topic it's a cheap and crappy Apple rip off when clearly it's not.

How was it biased towards Google? One point that I think would show bias towards Apple over Google is Navigation and Calendar. When GVA beat Siri in Navigation because Android's Navigation is better than iOS's, the writer said it wasn't fair. Yet when Siri beat GVA in setting a Calendar appointment because GVA can't do it (it can actually with a sort of crappy workaround), it was "no contest."

Because it depends on what you care about. Speed isn't everything. The quality of the application and the overall user experience matter just as much, and where android offers speed, iOS offers presentation. Both are nice and neither essential.

Apple won that one because GVA was barely faster. If you watch the video Motorola did that started the article, you'd see it was showing which device could perform the tests faster. Gizmodo added a couple of their own tests when they did it.

To return to the main point Android Speech System has clearly advantages over Siri. Nevertheless Siti has some strong points too.
