What did you use to jailbreak originally? And if you have 4.11.08 it sounds like your custom firmware didn't work out.

I used sn0wbreeze when I did custom firmware?
My firmware was fine after the unlock of 4.11.08?

When you used sn0wbreeze you should have checked hactivate when building the custom firmware. I hope you don't mean unlock like using a different carrier because it won't work on that baseband. I suggest rebuilding the firmware with sn0wbreeze and checking hactivate.

How do you know it works if you haven't made it past the connect to iTunes screen? That screen won't appear if it hactivates.

You have to hactivate again in the custom firmware if you restore. I want to help but it seems like you are confused. Unlocking can only be done after activating and isn't possible on the current baseband.

Well I gave you the best option. Rebuild with sn0wbreeze. Check hactivate. Then run ireb and install.

That error has to do with the hosts file. We've told you this already.

Being a dick isn't helping you either. I'm guessing you've missed something. Post the contents of your host file.

Error 3194

Occurs when trying to install an old firmware and Apple's server disallows the installation. The only solution is to have SHSH backup and modify the hosts file to point to Saurik's Cydia Server where they are backed up (or localhost if you have it yourself).
