Most people will use SBSettings do I doubt this. Also, I think it's necessary to have it to tweak the statusbar

Yeah - sounds exactly like what sbsettings does. Why wouldn't you want it?

by the way, there are widgets available for the notification centre that will show this info if you dont want SBsettings.

Sbsettings is probably in the top 3 (if not #1) of most wanted jailbreak apps so I'd say most people do want it. Besides it's fully customizable so you can make it the way you want it.

i think how it works is tacky.
i think sbsettings should be nothing more than system toggles, with all the additional features available as add ons. then the toggles themselves should work like the UIsettings ones, in that they page scroll rather than having only half of one or two toggles showing. i hate that! if someone was making a picture dictionary, i choose the half visible toggles as a picture description for tacky!
call me picky but i like things done right.

Are you talking about in notification center? Have you tried changing the options? There are different ways to display it. I don't even have mine in NC. I use activator.

yes that's right, in the NC. well when i tried it a while ago there were no settings for what i wanted. even if there was, it still installs a bunch of stuff that wont be used by me.

Don't want the stuff? Don't use the stuff. It's not like its a 3GB install that whores all the RAM of the device. It doesn't flail around all over the screen so what is the issue?

i dont want it on my phone if im not using it. I still wouldn't get it even if that stuff wasn't included because i dont like the NC widget. UIsettings is much nicer but it doesn't have any additional toggles from what i can see. it has everything i need though, and 3G is dealt with by that auto tweak thing.

Does Springtomize 2 have the tweaks?

Nobody uses most of the stock apps so it isn't as though there is no wasted space yet. If it can't be seen and it isn't harming you then for all it matters it isn't there and you don't have it. Problem evaded

Ive heard SBsettings is a bit of a RAM eater (along with winterboard). I love it, but im not sure iPods are up to the task of running it. My ipod now runs smoother without it, and instead i use notification center widgets which are smoother and look just as good. Id still like my ram up in the status bar tho.

Sbsettings is the lightest tweak ive used that gives good functionality.

CustomStatusBar4 can do this and much more. It allows you to fully customize how you want it to look. It can be found in http://hitoriblog.com/apt:/. You'll have to visit asite and look at the syntax though.
One of my most-have tweaks by far. I prefer it over SBSetting because it can tell the the day of the week along with the date, instead of only the date.
