Yep and yep. Has what appears to be a sleep button in the place of a Win key.

I don't know how to do that. You can't interact with the computer in any way.
It's useless now and not really an important piece of tech for me or my dad so he already helped me take it apart.

I don't see why you cant switch out broken files via SSH? I mean, i have no idea what files you need to repair or replace, but SSH only requires the login credentials and then you can **** about with the file system remotely. Or does this broken part of windows prevent you from doing this?

By the way... Is that a CF card being used as a HD? If so you can buy a small cheap connector that will allow you to connect that to a desktop. They cost like £1 on ebay from china.

I need to repair explorer.exe. the computer is completely unusable after it boots up. Its in the video I put. I wouldn't know how to SSH anyways and I doubt I could do much with a system that freezes permanently.
And what's CF...

The SSH part is really simple man. But i cant help with the fixing part. This is all assuming that you will be able to access the device remotely in it's broken state.
I had a media computer that booted XBMC live, so no linux GUI or anything. When i wanted to change something, instead of getting all nerdy with the command line, i used SSH to view and change the file system (which i wouldn't usually have access to).
