Again it's an error with the custom firmware. You sure you are using the right firmware to build it from?

There is a pinned topic in iTutorials that you should download the firmware from to build the custom ipsw.

Also if you are getting that error I hope you are not trying to restore from backup.

But you don't download the stock from sn0wbreeze? You download the firmware from felixbruns and then sn0wbreeze creates a custom from it. If you are saying you are using a custom firmware you made to make a custom firmware that won't work. If you have a custom firmware from before you can just use ireb and point to it. No need to make a new one then.

Snowbreeze has the option to download the stock firmware then makes it custom, i got issues with the previous custom build with snowbreeze (error 17 itunes) so im downloading a new stock ipsw to make it custom to try itunes again

You shouldn't have to reflash it since sn0wbreeze doesn't change your baseband.

Do you have the latest iTunes? Have you tried a different USB port?

It's getting hopeless , sorry!
A fix that could work is restore to an official IPSW then from there you restore again , but since you have ipad baseband I think it won't let you.
