ok, I figured the wireless card might be different, I don't think there's a way to know without actually having the computer and looking at the Device Manager.

Can you not have a play on a display model? Or email the supplier?

I got distracted yesterday and forgot to email them lol, guess I'll do it now. Anyways regardless of it being compatible for a hackintosh I'm probably still gonna get it. Today is the last day of the sale, it's awesome, pretty good specs for a pretty damn good price, really hard to pass up.

this computer is pretty nice, loving it so far. Definitely better then my old laptop lol. The keyboard is gonna take a little bit to get used to cause the keys have more space between them and they kinda "click" more as well as feel slightly "wobbly" I think would be the word. Also I looked in the device manager and the wifi card is a Dell Wireless 1502 802.11b/g/n, didn't see the actual model name though but it did say it was made by Atheros.

I read around some more and I don't think I'm going to try and install Mac OSX on here. Some other people who had this computer had some trouble with that, couldn't boot without iBoot, Multibeast didn't work nor would Unibeast, some kexts didn't work, crap like that. Since I'm a complete noob with all thing hackintosh, it'd be best for me to not even go there lol. Also, I found out that in order to access the HDD, I have to take out the keyboard and then take off the palm rest. Kinda much haha, but I shouldn't have to access my hard drive. I would have liked to so I could use a separate HDD for a different OS but eh, I got 500GB so I can dual boot without worrying about storage space.
