You should move the Tech forum to the Mac/PC & Development board, it makes sense to have it there. Also it should be renamed if it is moved there, something like Computer Discussion or whatever.

Tech forum is for all sorts of general IT problems. If you have a problem with your old Hi-Fi, or your tamogotchi isn't powering on, you could use that board.

In a nutshell, it's an off topic IT thread, for stuff that isn't PC, mac or iPod.
