If I had access to the ACP I'd check the server load, but there doesn't seem to be a reason why it's so slow :(

I know this downtime has been ****ing bullshit guys. Kind of like this spam filter. Anyways, I am upgrading the site to 4GB more ram ASAP. This will cause maybe 20 mins of downtime and if that doesn't fix the problem i'll blow my brains out.
