iOS5 Memory After Jailbreak on 4S

The thing is, I'm not sure if I should really be concerned about it. Does iOS5 manage memory differently/better than in the past? I haven't necessarily noticed any degradation in performance even when playing memory intensive games and switching between a lot of apps.
I read an article recently that explained how multitasking works in iOS5 and it really changed the way I viewed the whole thing. I used to obsess about what apps were sitting in the multitaskbar and would close a lot of them all the time. But now, I don't touch them at all because iOS manages everything on its own. I'm not sure what would happen if you throw Backgrounder in the mix though.
Anybody have any thoughts on this?

Just closed them and pressed free memory and now I got 250MB
Never noticed an issue so I see the OS is handling the ram really well
