Forum support = board rules. It seems like it fits to me.
I'd rather have it here because I don't wanna see it everytime I post in gd. You only need to read them once.

You can access them from every page. On mobile they are in the footer, on the computer they are in the header (exclamation mark).

Board Rules and Forum rules are two separate things. It's annoying that they're used interchangeably as it causes confusion. In my opinion this should be in General Discussion only as a reminder. The Rules link is sufficient.

Sorted this after it bugged me for long enough 
I've put a link to it in the Announcements Board as that is at the top and most noticeable. I've also put one in the introduce yourself section so that new users will see it
Sound okay?
(And the link is always on screen somewhere dependant on your theme)
