I love Minecraft so much and I know there is a Minecraft pocket edition available for droid from xperia. Idk is it possible to make it compatible for iPhone?

no it is not. Mojang will be releasing an iOS version soon so just wait a little bit longer, it'll be worth it, hopefully.
