Here's the problem. I've been using my phone for a little less than a year now, and it's really bothering me that I can only use my fingers for tapping the screen. I'm almost getting sores from it. I was wondering if it's possible to modify the touchscreen so that I could tap it with a pencil eraser. I am not sure if this is impossible because it might not be coded, but simply in the circuit board where it can only detect specific width taps. If this is possible to modify in the code, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me how to do this or create a tweak for me to download. Thanks for reading! -Mrarroyo

P.S. - I searched all over google in every possible way.

you cannot modify the hardware aspects of the screen with code. It's a capacative touch screen, the only things that will work on it are things that are electrical, our bodies are so that's why our fingers work. There are styluses you can buy like the Pogo TenOne Stylus which I have that will work. I don't recommend a stylus though, there's not much use for one on such a small screen. If you want one just for like typing and stuff, get a cheap one off Amazon with a rubber tip.

Heres how the touchscreen works. Contrary to popular belief the touchscreen reacts to neither heat nor pressure. It reacts to electrical impulses from your body.

So if you don't want to use your finger, you have to use a special stylus.

all styluses are made from metal because metal carries electrical currents. Which is also why aluminum foil works. If you want to use a pencil, wrap it in aluminum foil. But be careful, it can scratch the screen.
