What would I need to learn in order to start developing tweaks for iOS? Also for simple apps and stuff. Either stuff in Windows or Linux cause there's no way I can get a Mac lol. I'm curious to know cause I might be interested in learning if it isn't too hard.

Objective C knowledge first off. Then get Cycrypt and learn how to use that to write tweaks.

is objective c hard? Would I need to know anything before going into that cause I have absolutely no experience with anything related to coding (well I know like a small amount of HTML but I don't think that counts for anything, and some bash, I know some of that)

You need to learn Object Oriented Coding....yes its ugly language. But you can find code snippets on google for objc.
