ive just done a little research, im assuming the n8 is italian.

i cant find any unlock codes for italian phones sorry

virtually all phones you buy from a carrier are locked these days, doesnt matter if its a nokia.

@fede sorry man, its gonna cost u to unlock. i cant find a free way, unless u ring tmobile uk and ask if u can get the unlock code for free.

when i get my n8 back from repairs tomorrow, im gonna ring Three and see if i can get my unlock code aswell. i will tell u if i can

i think i have to buy a code from sum scum site... so far thi is what i ve found http://nokia.nigelco...uk/firmware.htm but not sure if does what i meed to doo... how about editing the imei number with Ziphione?!?!?

U can't change the imei on n8

A firmware flash won't fix it.

U either have to get it from the operator (maybe do what iPhone said) and pay them or buy it off a website

Don t know, didn t use so much as is from a friend of mine, used the player and it has definetly a good sound, camero is much better than any iphone as it is a 12mpx, anyway doesn t seems to be a so lagy(hope this is how u spell) this is my ipression...i ll go to the internet whith it if i can l8r...
