How about a tweek that modifies calender so you can select a larger variety of alert times using a text box to enter the number, and a drop down list to select the time units (hours, minutes, days). The current reminder time selection on Calender only allows to pick from eight choices which I think is stupid. Also make the tweak allow you to make other reminder sound, including the ringtones that come with the phone, since I think the original reminder sound is weak and easy to miss. Thanks.

How about a tweak that prevents me from having to enter a password in to find my friends app!!

An tweak that makes every row the the springboard behave as the Dock does. So you could have three icons in one row and four in another, etc. it would be the ultimate layout tweak. I would pay for it. Hint hint.
