How would I view people on a (my) wireless network with an iPhone? If that is possible btw I am jail broken

If that doesn't work you could install mobile terminal and then nmap, then you could scan your whole network for people on it. Nmap's great because it's super powerful and can show you anything from open ports to operating systems. If you do install it just ask for help and I can teach you how to use it.
